BITA Apprentice Awards & Graduation

The BITA Apprentice Awards & Graduation is held annually in Brisbane to celebrate the excellence of BITA Apprentices and showcase their quality to the Australian baking industry. We promote professional baking standards through certified training for bakers and pastrycooks and believe our apprentices meet a high-quality standard in their efforts, achievements, and daily contributions to the industry.

BITA would like to thank all industry stakeholders who continue to support the BITA Apprentice Awards & Graduation including MOI International, Manildra Group, Allied Pinnacle, Woolworths, National Baking Industry Association, Cybake Bakery Software, KBI Group, and Pyney’s Pie Reviews.
